Welcome to Butterfly Tapping. I am Helen, and I can help you to be the best version on yourself with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which is also known as Tapping.
Tapping is a combination of modern psychology and ancient acupressure that reduces stress. and anxiety in both everyday, and specific events that you would like to have out of your way.

It works in a similar way to acupuncture, but instead of using needles, you gently tap specific acupressure points on your own head, face and upper body.
The system that I use is called Emotional Freedom Technique and combines ancient Chinese acupressure with modern energy psychology. We call this technique Tapping and it allows you to very quickly reduce the cortisol that creates stress and replaces it with fabulous endorphins.
Together will clear away the built-up stress and gently calm the anxiety that you have in just a few sessions. The huge additional benefit of your sessions are that you can defuse stressful situations and anxiety spikes in the future for yourself, whenever you want or need to.
It is both fabulous and empowering to choose a new way of thinking for yourself! Positive affirmations, and looking at old situations from new angles, are a great way to fill the space that is left when the “stuff” that you have cleared away has gone.
