There is a Tapping session to suit everybody.

Having anxiety, confidence blockers, feeling overwhelmed, angry, stressed all have an incredible effect on every part of your life.

So, can Tapping your face, collarbone, and under your arm really help you?  

Tapping works by accessing the part of your brain called the Amygdala that holds and processes emotions.  By tapping on acupressure points and meridians (your bodies energy lines) on the top half of your body whilst you are really connecting and saying how you really feel about a specific issue in the session, the kind of conversation you would perhaps have with yourself that usually leads to the vicious circle starting all over again.  This time you have this conversation we will be Tapping together while we both Tap on our own Tapping points ( I get asked a lot about who does the tapping! )  All the intensity and emotions are reduced down as low as possible.  

 

By working together we can very often find the origin of the of feeling or experience and we can work on reducing that intensity so how you feel changes, which allows you to send a brand new message to your brain to say that the high-level emotion and anxiety you are feeling can “stand down” and that you can feel any way that you choose.

If you have anxiety, loss, or anger triggers that you have so far been tolerating but now you are feeling overwhelmed, all those feelings can be targeted in your sessions with a combination of Tapping, reframing experiences, core beliefs, and create positive affirmations for your future.  A huge benefit of your sessions is that you can use Tapping between sessions and long after they finish.  

At the moment all my sessions are on Zoom, they still last an hour and you can choose how you have your session.  

  • Group sessions start at just £30 each and work very well because everybody gets the benefit of the others Tapping in the session.  However, group sessions are not suitable for anything that cannot be shared or for confidential issues.  If you are in one of my Tapping groups and would like a  private session you can book them for £50.

  • Small group sessions of no more than 4 run every other week so that the changes that have been made can be processed and noticed.  The sessions are supportive, encouraging and they run on a regular basis.  

  • Private sessions unconnected to a group are £60 per hour and are perfect for dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.

  • Tapping between sessions is a great idea and could reduce the number of sessions that you may need.
