Welcome to Butterfly Tapping. I can help you with issues such as anxiety, confidence levels and stress through using a technique called Tapping. Tapping is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which is an alternative treatment that helps people who suffer with physical pain and emotional distress.
It works in a similar way to acupuncture (without the need for needles), as it helps to restore balance to your body’s energy by tapping on your acupressure points. By restoring this balance of energy, symptoms can be relieved, pain can be alleviated, and a negative experience or emotion that may have caused it can be overcome.
Chinese medicine is based on the belief that these pathways or meridian points help to balance energy flow and maintain your health and that imbalances can influence disease or sickness.
Tapping focuses on the negative side of your issues and then I introduce positive reframing, wonderful affirmations that you will choose on your new journey.
